Holy Spirit the Spirit of Wisdom

Luke 12:12 TPT
Simply be confident and allow the Spirit of Wisdom access to your heart, and he will reveal in that very moment what you are to say to them.”

Acts 6:10 TPT
But the Holy Spirit gave Stephen remarkable wisdom to answer them. His words were prompted by the Holy Spirit, and they could not refute what he said.

God is such a good God who gives wonderful gifts to us! After He gave us a gift of eternal life through Jesus' death and resurrection, He gave us the gift of Holy Spirit as our Helper. This is one amazing gift after another!

When we receive the Holy Spirit, we receive the Spirit of wisdom and revelation. Holy Spirit will teach us, guide and lead us into all truth.

Stephen was filled with the Holy Spirit and his serving was accompany with many miracles, signs and wonders. As such it upset some men from a sect to argue with him.

But Holy Spirit gave Stephen remarkable wisdom to answer them and they were unable to refute what he said.

As believers, God has given us the Holy Spirit to give us divine insights, wisdom and revelation. Especially when it comes to defending our faith, we need to speak not with our own cleverness, but we can draw words of wisdom from the Holy Spirit.

We should constantly train ourselves to ask and wait upon the Holy Spirit to reveal things to us. As the Holy Spirit speaks to us in the realm of our heart, we have to surrender and yield our heart to Him.

As we give Him full access by walking right with God, allowing Jesus' blood to heal, cleanse and remove anything that taint our heart, we will receive remarkable wisdom from the Holy Spirit and speak with divine wisdom, grace, confidence, boldness, power and authority. This is the portion and inheritance God has given access to all His children. So ask of Him for the Holy Spirit and He will give it to you (Luke 11:13).

Prayer:
Holy spirit, I give You full access to my heart this day. I ask of Your remarkable wisdom to empower my speech. Fill me up and overflow in my life, that I shall walk in confident authority and the power of God wherever I go. Amen.

With love & blessings,
Hazel Ashley
